Vibe Check: Single in Saratoga at The Wild Horse

The going rate for a good matchmaker, the one thing Saratoga singles aren't willing to do to find love, and a singles night success story.

At our very first speed-dating event back in February, there were a few single guys who chickened out of buying tickets, and instead hung out at Saratoga City Tavern’s first-floor bar, waiting for the event upstairs to end. Their theory: The women would come down, defeated after striking out on 10 speed dates, and they would be able to swoop in.

That plan didn’t exactly work out for one man named Chris, seeing as several months later, he showed up for our singles mixer at The Wild Horse. But Chris’ luck was about to turn around.
