This is Saratoga, where horses walk the sidewalks and ducks make themselves at home on restaurant patios. So I suppose I shouldn’t have been all that surprised when I saw what I thought was a falcon on a guy’s arm in the lobby of Saratoga’s finest hotel. And yet, I was.
