Tickets to what was possibly Saratoga’s first-ever drag brunch sold out in record time, and on Saturday we all clamored into the Ice House ready to cheer on our Queens. We were told to be there by 1:15 to find good seats, but a Flag Day parade (lovely parade) no one knew about made parking tricky and about everyone late. But per instructions, we did NOT “keep the divas waiting” and emcee Opal Essence took the stage right at 2pm to teach us how to wag our fingers, keep the noise going, and of course tip the performers.
