Saratoga never ceases to surprise me. Yesterday, as I walked down Broadway on my way from recording the next episode of Destination Saratoga: All Access to lunch at the newly opened Herbie’s Burgers/Pint Sized, I saw a sandwich board on the sidewalk that I’d never seen before. “Botanica Books,” it read, with an arrow pointing to a door between the Saratoga Marketplace and Celtic Treasures.
