Those of you who enjoy a tall, dark and handsome glass of Guinness probably have a pretty easy time finding a fitting St. Paddy’s Day hangout in Saratoga. You can’t go wrong with the city’s Irish bars—The Parting Glass, The Local and Harvey’s—and, come March 17, pretty much every other bar has the Irish staple on tap, too. (Go to Dango’s if you want to upgrade your brew to an Irish Car Bomb, an absurd cocktail you’re supposed to chug that’s made by dropping an entire shot of Irish cream, shot glass and all, into 3/4 of a pint of stout.)

But for those of us who want to celebrate the spirit of St. Patrick with something a little less, well, Guinness-y, finding a festive hangout is less straightforward. Here are five lucky drinks in which to imbibe this Thursday.
