If you were driving through the Saratoga Spa State Park this past Sunday at 10am, you might’ve seen a small swarm of rake-wielding tennis players converging on the clay courts across from Spa Little Theater. They were there for the second of (at least) two spring cleanup days, organized by Chip Friends, tennis committee liaison to the Friends of Saratoga Spa State Park nonprofit. Chip couldn’t be there, so Brad Winslow, facilitator of all things Saratoga tennis, took the reins, directing the 20 or so volunteers through the day’s project:
