Walking downtown yesterday, I was shocked that my coworker Annette was shocked. “Paid parking PASSED?” she asked incredulously. She is, after all, SLAH’s investigative correspondent and usually gives us tips.
“Yup,” I answered. “Unanimously. Bipartisan.”
