OK, all rested up? Next gen jam band Goose is headed to town for two nights of shows at SPAC this Friday and Saturday. See them on the Broadview stage, and then head to Putnam Place for the afterparty—Friday’s show is a tribute to Prince and David Bowie, and Saturday’s is local indie rockers Annie in the Water.
Saturday, September 7
You partook in bar crawls all summer long…Now it’s time for a farm crawl! Formerly the Washington County Cheese Tour, the County Bounty Tour returns this weekend for two days of unique products, food trucks, live music, beer, vineyards, farm animals, farm tours, loads of kid’s activities and lawn games. The tour is going on Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm and is self-guided, so you can explore all Washington County has to offer at your own pace. Some participating family-owned businesses: Victory View Vineyard, Argyle Cheese Farmer and Scotlander Brewing.
This week, racing season gives way to sunflower season, and you can frolic through a field of them at Dancing Grain Farm Brewery in Gansevoort. The brewery is open to the public the next three weekends, but if you want entry into the Sunflower Festival (think live music, photo ops, food trucks and kids activities) you’ll need a ticket.
Sunday, September 8
Get your steps in at the 16th annual Walk to End Epilepsy, going on in the Saratoga Spa State Park this Sunday. Check in is at 9:30am at the Columbia Pavilion, and this year’s event will feature live music, food, trucks, raffle prizes and more before the walk kicks off at 11am.

And what better way to round out a weekend than with Pitbull and T-Pain? The Party After Dark Tour will hit the SPAC stage at 8pm.
