On Deck: NYE Edition
Ring in 2026, Saratoga-style.
Wednesday, December 31
Noon Year’s Eve: Have little ones who can’t stay up ‘til midnight but still want in on the NYE action? Bring them to the Saratoga Springs YMCA, which will be hosting a family-friendly midday celebration with bounce houses, music, games, and more beginning at 10am and culminating in a balloon drop countdown in the seconds leading up to 12pm. Members and non-members welcome.
Saratoga New Year’s Eve: The Spa City’s annual NYE tradition will kick off with free outdoor entertainment by DJ RVMBA on Ellsworth Place at 5pm, followed by a fireworks show at 6pm. Then, live music shows begin all over the city. Catch Maggie Doherty, Angelina Valente, The Allman Betts Band, and more at the Saratoga City Center; The Belle Curves and Nicotine Dolls at Universal Preservation Hall; and Reese Fulmer & The Carriage House Band at Caffè Lena. One $26 ticket gets you in everywhere.
Elsewhere on NYE: And there’s plenty more going on the last night of the year. Check out New Year’s Eve parties at Cantina, Vapor, Bocage Champagne Bar, and The Night Owl; special NYE dinners at Thirsty Owl, The Inn at Saratoga, and 15 Church; and concerts at Putnam Place and The Parting Glass.
Thursday, January 1
First Day 5K: Ring in the new year with a brisk run through downtown Saratoga. The Saratoga First Day 5K kicks off outside the Saratoga City Center on Broadway at 11am, and wraps up on the other side of the Center on Maple Avenue. Register as a runner, walker, or volunteer.
Recovery Brunch: But wait—you do have another option. If your idea of a perfect New Year’s Day doesn’t involve frozen fingers and physical exertion, head to The Saratoga Winery for your first meal of the year. Their Recovery Brunch, going on from 10am–3pm, will be complete with bacon, eggs, and French toast, plus pizza, tater tots, mac and cheese, and more, all for $26. Mimosas and bloody Marys extra.
Friday, January 2
Mike’s Noods: Late night noodles? The Saratoga new year has ’em. At 10pm on Friday, Sara’s Kitchen will transform into a hip ramen joint, complete with Mike’s signature Noods, poke, okonomiyaki, craft cocktails, beer, sake, wine, and good music all night.
