Wednesday, December 11
Capital Region Gives Back: Saratoga Living and Capital Region Living’s 6th annual holiday event returns to Putnam Place on Wednesday at 6pm to raise money for 10 local nonprofits.
Tang Bazaar: Skidmore students will be selling art, jewelry, clothing, potter and more at the Tang Teaching Museum this Wednesday from 3:30-6:30pm.
Thursday, December 12
Murder Mystery Gala: Eat, drink and unravel the mystery behind a shocking murder at the Saratoga Springs History Museum’s annual fundraiser, going on at the Canfield Casino on Thursday from 6-10pm.
An Evening With Santa: This Thursday from 5-8pm, Saratoga Winery will host a meet-and-greet with Santa, complete with a kids meal. Then, on Sunday from 10am-1pm, Mr. Claus will return to the winery for more meet-and-greets at an all-you-can-eat brunch.
Friday, December 13
Sounds of the Season: SPAC’s annual holiday programming series kicks off Friday with a performance by Grammy- and Emmy-winning trio Time For Three. Multi-genre recording artist and instrumentalist Damien Sneed will take the stage Saturday, and Grammy-nominated British a cappella group VOCES8 wraps things up Sunday. All performances begin at 7pm at the Spa Little Theater.
Ugly Sweater Party Contest: Wear your ugliest holiday sweater to Vapor this Friday night from 9-11pm for an opportunity to win $100, $150 or $250.
Saturday, December 14
Saratoga SantaCON: The Capital Region’s biggest bar crawl returns to downtown Saratoga for its 13th year this Saturday from 1-8pm. Proceeds support Franklin Community Center.
Holiday (Pet) Photos With Santa: This Saturday starting at 9am, Ballston Spa’s Pampered Pooch and Pals invites pet owners to bring their fur babies to get their photo taken with Santa. Proceeds will go to local shelters.
Visit With Santa: Human kiddos can get in on the Kris Kringle action this Saturday and Sunday at Sunnyside Gardens, which will host free meet-and-greets with the big guy from 10am-2pm both days.
Sunday, December 15
Family Holiday Tea: Bring the whole fam to Bocage Champagne Bar this Sunday at 11:30am, 1pm, or 2:30pm for a prix fixe tea service complete with savory tea sandwiches, homemade scones, cookie bars and more.
Cookies With Santa: If you’d rather decorate cookies with Santa, sign up for Broadway Coffee Co.’s Sunday afternoon event going on from 3-5pm. Expect cookies, hot cocoa and photo ops with the big man himself.
NightmarKeT Before XMAS: The holiday and spooky spirits collide this Sunday at Embassy Suites’ Christmas market featuring makers, bakers, artists and more.
