Belmont may be over, but things to do around Saratoga certainly aren't. Here's what to look forward to this week.
Wednesday, June 11
Festival Artist Portrait Concerts: Join Opera Saratoga for an evening centered around the rising opera singers of its young artist program. Each of the nine artists will perform their own “musical portrait” consisting of songs that pushed them to follow their dreams. Food and beverages will be available to purchase.
Thursday, June 12
One Fine Day Cocktail Reception: Support those facing homelessness in our community by heading to Saratoga National for Shelter of Saratoga’s cocktail reception. The evening will include a plated dinner, dessert, and a cash bar along with live music and a story of hope from a special guest.
Saturday, June 14
Wake Up to Wellness: Nourish your mind and body with this event brought to you by Glisten founder Meghan McFerran and On the Bright Side podcast host Caroline Susko. Tickets include a 40-minute sculpt class, light bites, a dreamy picnic setup, an intimate wellness chat, and a wellness goodie bag valued at $250.
2025 PetAPalooza: If you’re considering adopting a new pet, you’ll want to head to Curtis Lumber’s flagship store in Ballston Spa from 10am-3pm. Plenty of adoptable pups like Savannah (pictured above), cats, bunnies, and even birds and horses will be there, ready to form connections and find their furever homes.
56th Annual Elks Flag Day Parade: Celebrate our nation’s flag at noon with a parade hosted by the Saratoga-Wilton Elks Lodge. The parade will form on North Broadway and travel south, culminating in Congress Park. A picnic and celebration of the Army's 250th birthday will follow at the Lodge.
White Party Gala: Head to the exclusive 1863 Club at Saratoga Race Course for Saratoga Bridges’ annual White Party Gala. This year’s event—with the theme Moonlight & Magic—will feature a cocktail hour, dinner, silent and live auctions, and live entertainment. Proceeds benefit vital programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
Sunday, June 15
Beethoven and Dvořák: Close out the week with an afternoon of classical music at Spa Little Theater, featuring the works of celebrated composers Beethoven and Dvořák. The program includes a bold early work from Beethoven, a playful 20th century piece, and a romantic Czech folk-inspired melody.
