Expect a four-course meal crafted by Standard Fare Chef Joseph Mouchaud and paired with New York–grown wines by Apollo’s Praise winemaker Kelby James Russell. Tickets are $175 and include dinner, wine, tax, and gratuity.
Saratoga Business Connect: Networking meets nightlife at Universal Preservation Hall this Tuesday. Saratoga Business Connect is a chance for Saratoga County employees and community partners to network and enjoy light snacks before enjoying live entertainment, which includes music and a stand-up comedy show by Tony Deyo. Women of the Saratoga Campaign: Discover a new perspective on Revolutionary War history with the Women of the Saratoga Campaign, a virtual program hosted by the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation on Thursday at 7pm. This empowering and educational event will be led by historian Anne Clothier, and will explore the often-overlooked stories of women connected to the Battles of Saratoga.
Pasta & Puccini: Actually, Timothée Chalamet, people do care about opera, especially in Saratoga. This Thursday, food and music come together at Pasta & Puccini, an event hosted by Opera Saratoga from 6–9pm at the Excelsior Springs Event Center. Blending the rich flavors of Italian cuisine with the timeless music of Giacomo Puccini, this event offers guests an immersive celebration of culture, flavor, and music.
Raising Dough Night: Dine out for a cause this Thursday at Boca Bistro’s Raising Dough Night, at which 25 percent of your purchase between 5–9pm will be donated to the Saratoga Senior Center, which supports programs that help local seniors stay active, connected, and independent. Repair Café: Give new life to your broken items at Sustainable Saratoga’s next Repair Café at the Saratoga Spring Library. From 1–4pm on Sunday, bring your broken or damaged items to the Harry Dutcher Room, where volunteers will help repair everything from small appliances to clothing, free of charge. The event aims to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
For the Love of Lemons: When life gives you lemons, head to the market—more specifically, Franklin Square Market. This Sunday from noon–2pm, Chef Annette Tomei will showcase zesty recipes from Letitia Clark’s Italian-inspired cookbook (think lemon-marinated olives with feta and pizzette with lemon, sausage, and fennel) and teach attendees how to preserve their own lemons.
