Goats, Grapes and Yoga: You’ve heard of goat yoga—now get ready for Goats, Grapes and Yoga! Join Into the Woods Farm at Greenfield’s Fossil Stone Winery at 5:30pm this Thursday for a one-hour sunset yoga session surrounded by goats. After all the asanas, there’ll be plenty of time to cuddle your new furry friends while you enjoy a wine flight. This event is open to everyone ages 8 and up. Tickets are $45 for the goat yoga only, and $55 for the goat yoga and wine flight.

There, Wellspring will be hosting its annual Pooch Parade, complete with a walk around the park, raffle prizes, professional pet photos and plenty more. Proceeds will support Wellspring’s Safe Pet Partnership, a program that provides pets with temporary loving homes while families transition to violence-free living.

Unplug Childhood Hunger: Part of Saratoga Peace Week, five local bands will come together at Caffè Lena this Saturday from 7-11 pm to perform a one-of-a-kind show that will raise money for SNACPack, the Saratoga Nutrition Assistance for Children program. The Unplug Childhood Hunger performers—which include Annie & The Hedonists, Rick Bolton & Friends, Garland Nelson, Jeff Brisbin and organizer Lawrence White's own band, The Beat Generation—will set up in the center of Caffè Lena’s listening room and play with no amplification whatsoever, with audience members surrounding them.

Post Malone F-1 Trillion Tour: We’re not quite sure if Post Malone was in Saratoga during Belmont week, but we do know he’ll be gracing the SPAC stage Monday night for his F-1 Trillion Tour. Posty will be performing songs from his debut country album, and will be joined by The Fools for You and Muscadine Bloodline.
