Shark Tooth Swim: It’s time to drop what you’re doing and head to the lake! At 11am sharp, the crew from Shark Tooth Tattoo Co. will be swimming across Saratoga Lake to raise awareness for Wellspring, Saratoga County’s domestic violence and sexual assault resource. After their open-water swim, they’ll be hosting a cookout, complete with hot dogs and hamburgers from Stewart’s, drinks from Little Lucy’s, ice cream from Ben & Jerry’s, and a raffle, at the Saratoga Lake Sailing Club from noon–4pm.
Gumbo with Kendrick Carmouche: Need dinner plans for tonight? How does gumbo sound? From 5–10pm, jockey Kendrick Carmouche will be serving up his signature gumbo at the Principessa Elena Society. An annual fundraiser for the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation, the event will feature good conversation, delicious food, a cash bar, and live entertainment. Online tickets are sold out, but a limited number of tickets will be available at the door.

Saratoga Hospital Gala: Give back to the community by attending the Saratoga Hospital Gala, an annual event that raises money for the hospital’s community benefit programs, going on this Wednesday at the Polo Meadow at Saratoga Casino Hotel. When the Stars Come Out…To Die: If you’re a fan of sci-fi series and murder mystery dinners, then mark this event in your calendar: Home Made Theater is hosting an out-of-this-world dinner party with all your favorite film and TV characters. Can’t make it Friday? More dates are available!
“The Races!” Issue Release Party with Cherie DeVaux: We might be a bit biased when we say this is the best event on this week’s social calendar, but who wouldn’t want to spend their Friday evening with Belmont-winning trainer Cherie DeVaux and the Saratoga Living team? Join us on the rooftop of Perennial Condominiums for complimentary wine, specialty cocktails, light bites, live music, photo ops, and a meet-and-greet with our cover subject, who’ll be signing copies of the new issue for guests! All proceeds will go to the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance. Thank you to Corcoran Country Living for making this event possible!

Paired with the amazing vocals will be delicious bites and sips by Franklin Square Market, Druthers Brewing Company, Ben & Jerry’s, and more.
Saratoga Chocolate Milk Mile: Chocolate milk enthusiasts, grab your running sneakers. This Saturday’s Chocolate Milk Mile, hosted at Saratoga High School and benefitting the Saratoga Springs cross-country and track & field programs, will challenge contenders to drink 12oz of chocolate milk after each quarter-mile for a total of 48oz over the course of the one-mile race. Lactose intolerant? Don’t worry: Lactaid will be available.
