We bring back a favorite magazine department to find out if Saratoga really is the city with the most bars per capita.

You’ve probably heard the rumor that Saratoga Springs has more bars per capita than any other city in the US. We’ve been hearing it for years, most recently from our account executive at the Pennsylvania-based printer we use. In other words, word has spread far beyond the city limits. But—and this is a huge but—is it even true?
