While all eyes were on last weekend’s Belmont Racing Festival, we kept one ear to the ground, listening for rumblings of what new options Saratoga foodies will have come track season.

It turns out, while Saratoga hosted the world for the third leg of the Triple Crown, a handful of Spa City restaurateurs were hard at work rebranding, rebuilding and reimagining—and we’ve compiled a list of everything we’ve heard about.
