First Sip: Bear's Cup Bakehouse & Keuka Spring Vineyard
One week, two much-anticipated Saratoga openings.
Every time I leave town, something exciting happens. Earlier this year, it was the opening of Tree House Brewing while I was on a ski trip in Utah. This week, while I’m on a West Coast road trip, it was the opening of not one but two much-anticipated Saratoga establishments: the second location for Bolton Landing’s Bear’s Cup Bakehouse, and the new Spa City tasting room for Keuka Spring Vineyards. (Yes, I’m having fun; yes, I have FOMO.) Luckily, this time around, I have Saratoga Living/Capital Region Living Associate Editor Michael Hallisey to fill in when I’m not available. He checked out both brand-new spots yesterday.
