Fall Flavors, Booze Edition

Pumpkin everything, spicy ginger and fall apples take center stage on the newest cocktail lists all over town.

Saratoga Living splashed out a first-ever VIP Lounge last weekend at this year’s Auto Auction, offering a place to rest from the excitement—and prosecco, Champagne, beer and wine, of course. The star of the show, however? Bocage’s perfectly crafted, artisan Old Fashioneds made with a spicy ginger whiskey. We were hooked and got to thinking…What other flavors and concoctions do fall-loving mixologists have on the menu in our favorite Saratoga hot spots? So we (hey, somebody’s got to do it) bellied up to the bar at watering holes around town and found these autumnal stand-outs.
