Ever since the New York Racing Association officially announced that the buzz and rumors were true—the 156th running of the Belmont Stakes would take place at Saratoga Race Course, for the first time ever!—we’ve been getting questions.

When will tickets go on sale? How many people will be coming to town? Will locals even be able to get tickets? Will the backstretch be open? What vendors will be there? What else will be going on in town that weekend?
